犬の黄疸は炎症の治療で良くなることが多いです。肝臓が炎症（腫れ）が胆汁の流れを滞らせていることが多いからです。ただ炎症を抑えるためのステロイド治療は、肝障害を余計に悪化させてしまうので、炎症が強いケースでは、西洋治療だけでは治療に苦労することが多いです。
ソラシちゃんは、急に体調を崩し、黄疸の数値が基準値の10倍(TBIL4.4mg/dl)になってしまいました。エコー検査でも胆嚢のなかに、出来物のような影があり、西洋治療では点滴くらいしか有効な手立てがなかったので当院で漢方薬治療をはじめました。
炎症の数値も高かったので、漢方薬治療ではまずは炎症の治療をしました。今回のように黄疸がひどい場合は、早く炎症による肝臓の詰まりをとらなければ、命に関わるので、ステロイドも併用することがあります。ステロイドの副作用による肝臓が悪化は漢方薬でしっかり抑えながらの治療です。
お陰で治療を始めてすぐに、ソラシちゃん食欲や体調が回復し、炎症は強かったので、CRPはなかなかすぐにはさがってくれなかったのですが、地道に体質改善を続けて、黄疸も炎症の数値もの数値とともに下がり安定してきました。ステロイドも少しずつ減らしてから漢方薬も減らしながら今では黄疸の数値も体調もしっかり安定した。少なくなっってしまった毛も、ここ数ヶ月で急激に増えてフサフサに戻りました。

It went down little by little and became stable .We gradually reduced the amount of steroids and then stopped taking the drug. Now, while reducing the amount of Chinese herbs, her jaundice value and physical condition have stabilized. The hair that has been reduced has increased rapidly in the last few months and has returned to fluffy .
