Yujin is undergoing traditional Kampo medicine treatment for chronic pancreatitis and glaucoma. Prior to starting traditional Kampo medicine treatment, the levels of lipase, which kept increasing with each recurrence, and intraocular pressure were progressively rising. However, since starting traditional Kampo medicine treatment, they have stabilized and gradually decreased, albeit not completely cured.
